Biography
Telecom Engineer with a master’s degree from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and a law degree from the Universidad Complutense of Madrid. In the private sector, he held several positions in the telecom network engineering and construction business.
Since 2006, he has been a civil servant of the state administration’s Senior Government Body of Systems and Information Technologies. He joined Madrid City Council in 2009, where he has held responsible positions in innovation and smart city.
Since 2019, he has been Deputy Director of Traffic Management and Taxi Service. He is responsible for the Mobility Management Center of the City of Madrid, a 24×7 service that manages urban and highway traffic and maintains.
