Biography
Carl Garvie is Programme Manager for the Innovative Air Mobility Hub within the Certification Directorate at the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). Over a ten-year career at EASA, he has held roles spanning rulemaking and certification, with particular focus on VTOL (Vertical Take-Off and Landing) projects. His background combines airworthiness and aeronautical engineering expertise with prior experience across various military aviation programmes.
