Juliana Carolina Kiraly Thomaz Rodrigues is a professional in the aerospace and aviation industries. She is responsible for the sales strategy of Eve’s eVTOL and services in the European region as the Head of Business Development (Europe) since November 2021.
She is based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and is responsible for securing partnerships throughout the Urban Air Mobility (UAM) ecosystem as well as supporting future operations. Eve Air Mobility, an Embraer-founded independent company, is committed to accelerating the UAM ecosystem by providing a suite of products and services that meet the highest safety standards.
Before Eve, Juliana worked for Embraer, a leading global aerospace manufacturer, for nearly six years. From May 2019 to November 2021, she was Marketing Manager (Europe), where she structured sales campaign strategies for Embraer Commercial Aviation in Europe, conducted airline fleet and network planning analysis and developed marketing selling points to demonstrate the value of Embraer Commercial Aircraft to airlines around the world.
Juliana worked at Embraer from February 2013 to November 2021, holding positions such as Market Intelligence/Sales Engineer and Client Services and Support Account Manager. She managed customer relationships and interacted with Design Product teams to establish market requirements in these roles, where she coordinated research, data analysis, and aircraft demand projections.
Juliana previously worked as a Flight Operations Consultant at Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras from May 2012 to January 2013. As an engineer from Embraer’s Flight Operations department, she led onsite support at Azul, focusing on improving the airline’s operations, fuel conservation initiatives and fleet planning analysis.
