Dominik Janisch

Dominik Janisch is working as “UTM Coordinator” at Austro Control, the Austrian civil aviation authority and ANSP. His role revolves around liaising with internal and external UAS and UTM stakeholders to assure that the, recently launched “Austro Control Dronespace” UTM system, is continuously developed to meet the ever changing regulatory and operational requirements regarding UAS flights. He is also researching on operational ATM-UTM integration challenges and means to address them as a doctoral candidate at TU Delft. Prior to his role at Austro Control he was heavily involved in U-space R&D projects funded by the European Commission.
