Emily DeMarche

Biography

Ms. DeMarché has served as a Chief Financial Officer in the non-profit sector for several years. In her leadership roles, she has provided identifying factors that affect the organizations’ leadership and stakeholders in their respective non-profit spaces.

Ms. DeMarché provides unbiased, financial information to leadership teams to aid in the data driven decision making process required for organizations to realize true performance potential. This is accomplished through her focus on financial and strategic management, including financial reporting, long-range business planning, and program/grant management.

Ms. DeMarché obtained her Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from Syracuse University. Additionally, she holds her Certified Public Accountancy licensure from the State of New York. After obtaining her BS degree, Ms. DeMarché spent several years in public accounting, gaining exposure to assurance services, GAAP standards, research, tax preparation, etc.

In later years, she focused on serving the non-profit industry where she has led organizations through financial turnarounds with transparency, risk management, and data-driven strategy.
