Ewa Gowers

Biography

Ewa is the Head of the UK CAA’s Safety and Airspace Regulation Group (SARG) Operations and Programmes function. Ewa has been with the UK CAA for just over 5 years in different roles across the business, bringing with her an extensive knowledge of the CAA’s products, projects and programmes, and its finance, operating model and HR processes.

Prior to working at the UK CAA, Ewa spent over 15 years as a Management Consultant at Accenture, working across multiple different clients and technologies across Government, Financial Services, Resources, Legal, Automotive and Retail industries, in the UK, Europe, India and Australia. Ewa has vast Technology Implementation, Transformation, Project, Programme, Product and Strategy experience – having worked with many FTSE100 companies to deliver on key tangible goals and objectives such as implementing Total Supply Chain Traceability, carrying out Digital Transformations, increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the UK’s taxation system etc.
