Biography

In 2019, I decided to capitalize on my expertise as a pilot and successful entrepreneur by launching a company that could scale quickly in an emerging industry. That emerging market is remotely piloted solutions in the air, land, and sea. Today, thanks to the incredible talent and dedication of the Volatus team, we are publicly listed and recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies in North America.

My aviation background is traditional. I piloted a wide variety of business jet aircraft, and in 1989, I branched out to the aircraft management and charter business. In 2013, I built a commercial aircraft interiors design / certify / manufacture business that excelled due to its remarkable agility and speed to market. The culture of Volatus was born from these experiences – I knew that if we were going to be successful in this emerging industry, we would have to adopt an agile approach in order to grow quickly, efficiently, and sustainably.

Today we are consolidating our footprint in North America and leveraging it to expand into Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Our team is exceptional as we adopted the only organizational structure to support our growth – we are a genuinely agile company.
