Herbert Weirather

Herbert Weirather is a Liechtenstein-born entrepreneur raised in a family of skiers. Growing up in an environment that valued sports and precision, he developed a strong sense of discipline and innovation. He pursued his studies in Aerospace Engineering at the Technical University of Munich, where he honed his technical skills and passion for cutting-edge technologies.

In 2021, Weirather founded the start-up Jedsy, a company dedicated to revolutionizing freight transport. The core idea behind Jedsy is to develop drones capable of landing directly on balconies or beneath windows, providing a more efficient and accessible solution for urban deliveries. The underlying concept behind the drone idea is to improve infrastructure in developing countries to transport vital medications.
