Biography

Matt is an experienced consultant and leadership coach with deep experience in operational excellence and cultural change. He specialises in supporting service sector organisations – primarily across Central Government and the wider public sector – drawing on broader experience from roles in aerospace, energy, financial services and consumer products.

Matt graduated with BSc Hons Chemistry with a university prize from Nottingham in 2009. He is qualified at LCS Level 2b and is a certified Scrum Product Owner.
