Biography

Noriyuki Hirayama works in the Aerospace Department at NEDO (New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization). After 25 years at Toshiba Corporation working in R&D for consumer electronics and robotics technologies, he joined NEDO in 2022 to support national R&D programs for Advanced Air Mobility (AAM). Since July 2024, he has served as Project Manager of the ReAMo project, leading initiatives aimed at advancing the deployment of AAM ecosystems.
