Biography

Pau Guarro i Oliver is a senior executive and entrepreneurial leader with nearly two decades of experience in engineering, consulting, and talent development. As Chief Executive Officer at Between Technology and a key figure within The Talent Club, he is at the forefront of redefining talent representation across technology and engineering sectors on an international scale.

An aeronautical and mechanical engineer by training, Pau began his career managing complex technical projects before rising through the ranks to lead sales, outsourcing, and consulting divisions. Since taking the helm at Between Technology, he has driven its transformation into a global consulting and technology partner with over 350 professionals and operations across Europe and Asia.

Pau holds a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), and has completed executive programmes at IESE Business School and ESADE. He has held board-level roles in a range of innovation-driven organisations including DQS, Hopla! Software, DMD.Solutions, CEQUIP and GAMMAUX. His leadership style is characterised by strategic foresight, cross-cultural fluency, and a commitment to governance and ethical business growth.

Multilingual in Catalan, Spanish, English, and French, Pau is passionate about engineering, digital transformation, and creating forward-looking ecosystems for technical talent to thrive.
