René Binnewerg is a distinguished professional with a strong background in project and process management, holding multiple certifications and specialising in digitalisation, hybrid project management, change management, and organisational development.
As an accredited trainer (GPM) and consultant, René is highly regarded for his expertise in project and process management. He is a certified senior project manager (IPMA, Level B) and holds the APMG PRINCE2 Practitioner certification. Additionally, he is a certified business process officer.
