Andreas Antener

Biography

Passionate UAV engineer, technical decision maker, software engineer. Andreas is co-founder and CTO of Aerialoop, a US drone delivery network provider with the largest operation in Latin America, flying BVLOS drone deliveries over urban centers.

Before venturing into the UAV space, Andreas specialized in the design and development of complex distributed software systems. His passion for robotics, model aircrafts and software engineering merged with the rise of open-source autopilots. He became one of the original authors of the PX4 autopilot VTOL subsystem. His involvement led him to co-found the Swiss company UAVenture, where he provided UAV flight control systems for many novel drone manufacturers world wide for almost 10 years.
